Coloca-se num tabuleiro untado com azeite e vai ao forno pré-aquecido a 2ooº. Deixe repousar durante 40 minutos. Corte as batatas aos quartos e coza-as em água com sal. Coza também as cenouras.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Escorra o azeite da marinada e leve-o ao lume com a cebola picada para refogar. Corte as cenouras em meias-luas, adicione-as ao refogado e rectifique os temperos.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Junte o seitan e os coentros da marinada, deixe cozer um pouco e polvilhe com farinha. Envolva tudo muito bem e regue com a água e vinho, deixando engrossar.
